Order Policies 

Ordering:

 

  • Catering orders are to be placed four days prior to desired pickup date. Please keep that in mind when completing your order.

  • Any dietary restrictions or allergies must be noted in your order under 'Special Instructions'. If you happen to have missed this information after placing an order, simply email us and we will ensure that your order is handled accordingly. 

  • Cancellations are to be made 2 days before pickup date - failure to cancel in said time frame results is a nonrefundable exchange.

  • Any special requests can be sent via email: wholesomehospitality@gmail.com - Once reviewed and confirmed, we will send you an invoice with your order total and  you can privately make your transaction.

 

 

Sizing: 

  • Serving Sizes include half trays the serve up to 6 people and full trays made to serve up to 12.

  • For custom sizes, please email us at wholesomehospitality@gmail.com 

 

 

Catering Services: 

  • If you book a catering service, you will be sent an invoice to your preferred email where you can privately make your transaction.
